Upon signing this document, I am freely admitting that I have the legal right to authorize this person/these people to recover and tow my vehicle. I understand that by nature recoveries can be dangerous and that the assisting party/parties are not responsible for any bodily harm (including death), damage to property, or vehicle damage that may occur during this recovery. I also understand that details of this recovery may be made known to local agencies but not limited to photographs and videos. I agree to notify the appropriate agencies if trail damage/property damage/public damage has occurred. I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken of the recovery.
I unconditionally release, waive, and discharge my right, whereby by contract or under operation of law to file cause of action(s) and/or claim(s) which I have against this person/these people now or in the future.
I hereby assume any and all risk of loss, liability, damage or costs, and understand that any and all damages that occur will be as a result of the accident, and not as a result of any negligence on the part of the party/parties assisting with the recovery.
I fully understand the terms set forth in this form, and I hereby waive my rights freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me to the fullest extent allowed by law. I am signing this document at under my own freewill, and not while under the influence of any substance.
